To enrich employee’s cultural and spiritual life and strengthen team cohesion, Shinho organized all staff on a team-building trip to Wuyuan and San Qingshan in Jiangxi Province under the theme United as One, Strive Together, Achieve Win-Win Success”.

Upon arriving in Wuyuan, the Shanghai Team and Anhui Team met up successfully. Afterwards, the group headed for Likeng, an ancient village with a thousand years history. Strolling along bluestone paths,visitors are greeted by the pichturesque scenery of bridge, flowing streams and dwellings. Built along the terrain, Huizhou-style residences feature white walls, black tiles and towering horse-head walls. Wandering through the ancient alleys, everyone immersed themselves in the peace and leisure of this age-old village. As night fell, the team traveled to Wunvzhou Resort, The Baoyu Pagoda glowed brightly, and golden pavilions paired with water screens shimmered brilliantly. The national intangible cultural heritage performance of Iron Flower Show pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Molten iron was flung into the night sky, bursting into countless golden meteor showers. The spectacular fiery scene left all colleagues utterly amazed.

On the following day, the team travelled to San Qingshan, a World Natural Heritage Site. As the cable car ascended slowly, strange peaks loomed indistinctly amid mist and clouds. During the hike, everyone encouraged one another and advanced side by side. The group visited two iconic scenic wonders: Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain and Goddess of Spring. The 128-meter-tall Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain looks like a huge python breaking out of the ground amid swirling mist. Facing it from afar, the Goddess of Spring presents a serene and dignified look. The extraordinary craftsmanship of nature filled everyone with admiration. Walking along the cliff-hanging high-altitude plank paths, with precipitous valleys stretching far below and sea of clouds surging in the distance, all members marveled at the magnificent scenery. More importantly, solidarity was strengthened as they cheered each other on.

At the end of the trip, the team visited Huangling Scenic Area. Famous for its Autumn Sunning folk custom, Huangling features hundreds of ancient Huizhou-style dwellings. Drying racks are covered with various crops in gorgeous hues, forming a vivid flowing oil painting. The team wandered along Tianjie Ancient Lanes. From the Drying Workshop, everyone captured a panoramic view of the Autumn Sunning scenery. Standing on Leixin Bridge, they overlooked the valley terraces and used cameras to record the iconic scene where autumn harvests come into view as windows open. Soon afterwards, the group bid each other farewell and embarked on the return journey. The team-building activity drew to a successful close.

This trip was not merely a chance for relaxation, but also a tempering and elevation of team spirit. Bearing this warmth and strength in mind, all staff of Shinho will work with greater enthusiasm and closer collaboration, United as One, Strive Together, Achieve Win-Win Success!
